The CARES Act was passed by Congress on March 25, 2020. The end date for Employee Retention Credit program has been a bit of a moving target. We recommend to file immediately.

At this time Syncledgers does not provide payroll services however we do have some trusted recommendations for service.

If I source my bookkeeping to Syncledgers, who’s running my business?

You are! Although we’ll be doing your data entry and generating useful reports, you will retain total control over all of your documents and finances. Nothing happens without your approval, and you’ll be able to see everything that happens. In fact, by taking on these tasks, we give you greater freedom to steer your business in the direction you want it to go.

Does Syncledgers take the place of my existing bookkeeping staff?

Not necessarily. Although sourcing represents a significant cost savings over in-house. Our Lehi, Utah accounting experts can also simply supplement your current staff or add an extra layer of redundancy and security.

Does SyncLedgers replace my CPA?

No, you’ll still find your CPA’s services essential. Our Utah based bookkeepers will coordinate closely with your office to provide all required documents and information.

Will SyncLedgers do my business’ taxes?

We help organize all the necessary documentation for your quarterly or annual tax filings, but you will still need a licensed tax professional such as your CPA to help with the filing itself.

How much control will I have over the SyncLedgers team working on my accounts?

You’ll be able to give them any and all instructions regarding your specific requirements, and they’ll be accountable to you for their work. Our bookkeeping professionals have seen it all and are extremely adaptable.

How will I be able to contact the SyncLedgers team?

We are able to communicate with our clients in a variety of ways including Zoom, Slack, Google Hangouts, and other social media and messaging services. Video calls, email, and other means of communication are all options. If you use a specific platform in your organization, let us know. We’ll make sure we’re set up in the easiest way for you to reach your SyncLedgers team.

How much information will I be getting about my finances from Syncledgers?

We generate a large variety of financial reports to reflect the current status of your accounts, and compare them to past and projected future performance. We want you to know where all of your money is, where it’s coming from, and where it’s going, all the time.

What accounting or bookkeeping software does SyncLedgers use?

We adapt each team to use the financial software that works best for you. If you already have a system in place, we’ll use it too. If you don’t, we’ll get everything set up with industry standard software.
